2. Remove Remove the CH-70 fixing nut and upper die.

3. Remove the male quick connector of CH-70 puncher.

4. Remove the cylinder of the CH-70 punching machine.Insert an iron rod or other rod into the cylinder hole and rotate it counterclockwise.

5. Remove the piston of the CH-70 punching machine.

Method 1: Use an air gun to blow air into the cylinder hole.
Method 2: Install the male quick connector back onto the cylinder and connect the electric pump or manual pump

6. Replace the new oil seal.
Note: 1. The white O-ring must be cut before use
          2. The white O-ring is on top and the black O-ring is on the bottom. The                          position order cannot be wrong.

7.Reinstall the piston into the cylinder.

Drain all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder, and then press the piston into the cylinder.

8. Test the machine to ensure that the oil seal and piston replacement has been successful.
